June 2017 Membership Committee Update

Garden Court looks back on a successful membership year under Malyka Sankofa’s leadership. We increased paid membership by 32% and instituted a rolling membership, which enables new members to join whenever is convenient and have their membership end exactly one year later. You can find your membership expiration date on the address label of this newsletter. We hope you plan to renew your membership accordingly, and please do let us know if there are any errors on the label (membershipgcca@gmail.com). Thank you.

Prior to this year, membership ran from September to August. Therefore, many of our memberships just lapsed. We hope to welcome you back soon and invite you to help us grow by reaching out to neighbors and friends across Garden Court to invite them to join the over 60-year-old Garden Court Community Association. As a reminder, Garden Court runs from 52nd to 45th street and from Cedar Avenue to Locust Street. Hope to see you soon at the Progressive Dinner!
